Public Safety Seminar
This event will provide information regarding events that impact public safety, such as vehicle sideshows/exhibitions, various takeover trends, and other gatherings that can, and have, evolved into civil disturbances. This event will provide attendees with information regarding the history and organization of these events, mitigation tactics and strategies that have been successful in other areas, the impact that these events have on communities, crime trends associated with these events and/or individuals involved, the use of explosive devices during the events to be discussed, nefarious uses of emerging technology, and investigation-related resources. In addition, vendors will be conducting product demonstrations and offering technical support regarding products that are used by law enforcement and how they can potentially be utilized during enforcement operations.
